UMIM.. the beginning

Well... I started this blog as a journal of me losing weight. On 4/30/2007 I am starting a workout program and every week I will update with a picture (scary as that might be) of my body and progression. Leading up to that time I will post the daily workout routine for the next 12 weeks. I will try and blog about 3 times a week about my progress.
